A total of 150 tattoo artists came
from all over the world to Trieste this weekend for the
International Tattoo Expo, an event hosted inside the Trieste
Convention Center, which began this morning and runs until
tomorrow evening. Industry professionals at individual stations
have welcomed many fans of skin designs since the opening, who
can get tattooed inside the expo until tomorrow evening. But it
is also possible to simply watch the artists at work, comparing
different styles and techniques. The event also includes
performances, tattoo contests and spaces dedicated to piercings,
clothing and costume jewelry. Thousands of visitors have already
registered today alone, many also from Slovenia and Croatia.
Tomorrow's day also includes a competition for the best tattoo
made during the two-day event.
