Pope Francis is visiting a Rome
parish Friday for a 'prayer school' with dozens of children and
young people, the Vatican said.
Francis will meet around 80 youngsters at the Santa Bernadette
Soubirous Parish, in the Colli Aniene quarter, said the Vatican
press office.
The session is aimed at preparing for next year's Roman Catholic
Jubilee, it said.
The Argentine pontiff spent around an hour at the 'school'.
Among the themes of the question-and-answer encounter was the
fear of bringing children into the world.
The pope said "you have to risk because babies are a sign of
hope".
