Israeli Ambassador to Italy Alon Bar
said Monday that Israel will find a way to stop Iran after last
weekend's attacks.
"It's not a good idea to tell the enemy what we'll do," Bar told
Skytg24.
"But the risk of escalation will continue to exist until we find
a way to stop Iran".
Bar added that he believed Iran was behind recent threats to
Israeli embassies.
"There are threats against Israeli embassies around the world,
including in Italy, and we have indications that Iran is
involved," he said after the Israeli embassy in Rome closed for
several days for security reasons.
"We are concerned about diplomats and Israeli citizens.
"And we are grateful to the Italian police who do everything
possible to guarantee the safety of Israelis".
