A court in Grenoble, France, on
Thursday approved the extradition of a 21-year-old man accused
of murdering his 22-year-old French girlfriend near Aosta in
March, his Italian lawyer Lucia Lupi told ANSA .
Sohaib Teima is thought to have killed Auriane Nathalie Laisne
between March 26 and 27.
Her body was found on April 5 in a small ruined church above La
Salle, in the Aosta Valley,
Teima, who is from Fermo, a town in the Italian region of
Marche, was subsequently arrested in Lyon.
Aosta prosecutors had requested the suspect be handed over via a
European arrest warrant.
