Giannis Stougiannidis supervises the
cauldrons during the distillation of tsipouro at the distillery
of Christos Kaliosi and Giannis Stougiannidis, in the village of
Platani in Pella, northern Greece, 19 November 2022 (issued 26
November 2022). The traditional Greek drink 'Tsipouro' is
produced by small distillers for a specific period of time and
for limited quantities. Tsipouro is made by distilling the
grapes, i.e. from the remains of the grapes after pressing and
extracting the must for the production of wine.
